Chapter 6 reflection


After reading chapter 6 respond to the question:
Mina says, “Galveston is only a village...I thought it was the largest city in Texas.” (page 33). Mina is excited to arrive in Galveston; however, it is smaller than she expected. Write about a time when you were disappointed.

    Was when I came home from school and my dad told me he had boughten me a gift.I got to the truck and we drove home.He pulled out a big packet of batteries.I was disappointed.But then he got the real gift.

    When I came from school my dad told me dad he had a surpieds and then I went to the house a pulled of a bag of a bay toy and I got super sad then my mom got me a shake and it was a real won.

    When I cam home my mom said there was a surprise she took me somewhere and it was just my cousins house and I was disappointed and perplexed but then she told me we where there so I can play and she found information about football and signed me up and I was really happy!

    i was diasppointed wen my horse back riding was canceled because of the rain.i was so sad because I was not going to see my horse. Or my friend but i was ok with it.

    When it was my birthday ther wer no persistent just 5 dollar bills and ther was a family member who drew up on the kitchen and that was the worst birthday party I ever had I was disappointed

    I got disappointed when my dad told me that he was going to get me a control car but he actually got me a tablet so I got so disappointed and I told my dad if I could trade it but later on I didn't want to so I told him never mind

    Car but instead I got a coloring book and I also got a change of
    Cloths I was upset I said it was.the worst day of my life

    I remember the time I ask my parents for a ferret for my birthday. The day of the party the last gift was a "really gigantic surprise" I was SO exciting I thought I was gonna get what I had always wanted but why do know it was vacation ticket to Pittsburgh I was pretty disappointed.

    Leia ochoa - mrs.rogers when a time when I was disappointed like really disappointed was when it was worth me and my cousin beyonce when I came to my grandmas house because my cousin is living there for a while and the time when I was disappointed was when she rolled me off my bed when we were having a sleep over and I rolled her hello are u gonna say something and she is all like what am I gonna say and I was like apologize and she's like for what for me off my bed and that's when that day made me disappointed.

    vasquez one time I got disappointed when my dad had told me he was going to buy me a helicopter and he didn't so I kept asking him when he was going to buy me the helicopter and he finally bought it for me

    The time I got dissaponted is when I got mad was when I had a game and I had to go to a party so I went to my room and got veryyyyyyyyyyyyy mad.i got dressed for the party and went to the party and it was lam but after I went to my game and it was barely starting and we lost so I had the worst Tim of my LIFE.:(

    If you were in a ship would you sleep on wood or a soft bed.i my self i would sleep on a soft bed.so my head won't heart whin i wake and feel like I hit my hed.plus you should sleep on soft bed so you won't be sore and have bane in your body or muscle.

    The first time that I was disappointed was when mom told me she was going to send me to IDEA in 6th grade I got really mad I beged my mom to send me to Cathy but she said "No" keeped saying please so I got really really disappointed.
